Are you really going through a hair loss??

Long and beautiful hair are the dream of every girl but sadly every 5th girl is going through the hair loss. The question is are you really going through a hair loss or its just your misunderstanding of your hair growth pattern. Like some girls have hair growth in summer and some have in winter. Obviously every year there is a specific time around which your weak hair fall making you ready for hair growth, like my hair hair fall in winter. If this is so then no need to worry because thats a natural thing, but if the case is different then i will recommend that start worrying today or its too late.

The very first thing that you should do is that stop taking the stress,as it weakens your hair. As it is winter so i suggest do oil massage once a week this will increase the blood flow and fight with the dryness too. A very notable point here is that do not leave the oil in your head for more than 4 hours, as it will block your follicles and will deeply penetrate in your head leaving acne and pimples on your forehead. If you are in a habit to wash your hair daily then i will say that do not use conditioner daily just use it twice or thrice a weak.
If your mum or dad have the swear hair loss then this means your hair loss is genetic, unluckily you can't do anything about it.But you can take supplements or proper care, it will slightly decrease the hair loss. Another reason of your hair breakage or loss is your hair style, keep changing it or it will make your hair weak. Like if you are continuously tying your hair in a pony tail then a point will come when your front hair will start breaking and ultimately leading into baldness from the front.

Sometimes your hair loss is due to the side effect of any medicine, well in that case the loss is mostly for the short term when you will stop taking the medicines your hair will grow again, but if feel that its a swear one then ask your doctor to help you deal with it.
